| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Salah satu masalah keperawatan pasien fraktur adalah keterbatasan pada pergerakan fisik tubuh secara mandiri dan terarah yang menyebabkan pasien tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya secara mandiri, sehingga perawat memiliki tugas untuk membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan pasien termasuk kebutuhan Activity Daily Living. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran tindakan keperawatan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan Activity Daily Living pada pasien fraktur di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 55 pasien fraktur ekstremitas yang di rawat inap di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping yang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner “Lembar Kuisioner Tindakan Keperawatan dalam Pemenuhan ADL Pasien Fraktur” yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti dan telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui distribusi, frekuensi dan persentase dari variable.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 14 responden (25,5%) menyatakan tindakan keperawatan dalam pemenuhan Activity Daily Living adalah kurang, 37 responden (67,3%) menyatakan tindakan keperawatannya cukup dan 4 responden (7,3%) menyatakan tindakan keperawatannya baik.
Kesimpulan: Gambaran tindakan keperawatan dalam pemenuhan Activity Daily Living pasien fraktur di Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping pada kategori cukup. Perawat diharapkan untuk lebih memberikan tindakan keperawatan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan activity daily living pasien fraktur dan peneliti selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian sejenis dengan responden pasien yang memiliki gangguan kesehatan lainnya. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: One of the nursing diagnosis in patients fracture is impaired mobility physically or physical limitations on the movement of the body independently that causes patients can not meet their needs independently, so the nurses have a responsibility to help fulfillment the of the patients needs including the needs of Daily Living Activity. The aimed of the study is to knew the overview of nursing intervention in fulfillment of Daily Living Activity in fracture patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Gamping.
Methods: This study is a descriptive study with cross sectional study design. Samples in this study as much as 55 patients with extremity fractures were hospitalized at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospitalof Gamping, and using accidental sampling technique. Instruments in this study using questionnaires "Questionnaire Sheet Measures in Fulfillment ADL Nursing Patient Fracture" made by researcher and has been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive analysis to knowing the distribution, frequency and percentage of variable.
Results: The results showed 14 respondents (25.5%) stated that the nursing interventions in fulfillment of Daily Living Activity is less, 37 respondents (67.3%) stated quite nursing interventions and 4 respondents (7.3%) stated that nursing interventions is good.
Conclusion: The overview of nursing interventions in fulfillment of Daily Living Activity fracture patients at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Gamping in the enough category. Nurses are expected to provide more nursing interventions to meet the needs of daily living activity fracture patients and next researchers could do similar research with patient respondents who had other nursing diagnosis | en_US |
