This research is meant to examine and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage and growth of dividen policy. The object of the research is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 until 2017. Sampling technique in this research is a purposive sampling and got sample counted 172. Analyzer used in this research is doubled linier regression through Eviews9. The result of this study indicate that : 1) profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, 2) liquidity has no significant negative effect on dividend policy, 3) leverage has no significant negative effect on dividend policy,and 4) growth has a significant negative effect on dividend policy.
