PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL DAN GROWTH TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN PROFITABILITAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
Company value is an investor’s perception of a company that can be
determined by increasing market confidence in the company’s prospects
which indicates the prosperity of shareholders.
This study aims to examine whether profitability can mediate the
relationship between capital structure and company growth toward firm
value. The research population is the property and real estate company on
the IDX for period 2013-2017. Determination of the sample with purposive
sampling hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis with spss 20
application and sobel test.
Research shows result where 1) capital structure has a positive and
significant effect on firm value, 2) growth has a negative and significant
effect on firm value, 3) profitability has a positive and significant effect on
firm value, 4) capital structure has a positive and not significant effect on
profitability 5) growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability,
6) profitability is unable to mediate the effect of capital structure on firm
value, 7) profitability is able to mediate the effect growth on firm value
