This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, growth opportunity and capital structure on financial performance. The object is manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in period 2013-2016. This research using purposive sampling method as a sampling technique with the number of samples used is 110 samples or 42 companies. The data analysis technique this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 program. The result of this research that managerial ownership has a significant positive influence on financial performance, institutional ownership has no significant influence on financial performance, growth opportunity has a significant positive influence on financial performance, capital structure has a significant positive influence on financial performance.
