ANALISIS PROSES PELAKSANAAN ROTASI, PROMOSI JABATAN, MUTASI KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study aims to analyze how the process of implementing Rotation, Promotion of Position and Employee Mutation case studies at PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in the Office of PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta and the respondents in this study were chairmen of Human Resources Management and Employees. The type of data used is qualitative data with data collection techniques using survey techniques. Analysis of the data in this study is the Interview. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, it is obtained that the results of the Rotation, Position Promotion and Employee Mutation Process at PT Telkom Witel Yogyakarta are in accordance with the basic principles of the theory. The process of implementing Rotation, Promotion and Mutation can also be said to have been due to a clear program (Job Opening). So it can be concluded that giving Promotional Rotation and Mutation is one proof that can improve work performance and employee passion.
