PENGARUH STRES KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
In an organization, human resources are needed as the system organizer
in order to achieve its goal. The success of an institution cannot be separated
from the quality of its human resources. The excellent and qualified human
resources must always be managed and improved by the institution for achieving
the expected results of working performance.
The performance in an organization defines the success or the failure of
the expected goals. The research is aimed at identifying the influence among
work-related stress, working discipline, and working environment toward
performance. The sample for the research was taken through questionnaire,
whilst the population was all employees of Batalyon 403 Wirasada Pratista in
total of 40 people.
The research technique used was multiple linear regression using SPSS
(Statitical Package for Social Science). The results are: (1) work-related stress,
working discipline, and working environment simultaneously gave significant
influence toward employee performance (soldier), (2) work-related stress
negatively influenced employee performance meaning that the higher their workrelated
stress is the more negative impact they will have in terms of improving
employee (soldier) performance at Batalyon 403 Wirasada Pratista, (3) working
discipline gave positive influence toward employee performance meaning that the
higher the employee discipline is the more positive impact they will have in
improving the employee performance, (4) working environment gave positive
influence toward performance meaning that a good working environment will
improve employee performance.
