The results showed the role of BMT Business Partners in Sleman towards community empowerment through financing without profit sharing can provide easy access for disadvantaged members in obtaining business capital by implementing BMT social functions and economic independence of the people. The inhibiting factor of community empowerment through financing without profit sharing is (a) lack of human resources (HR) in handling financing without profit sharing (b) there are still members who are not yet orderly in returning the principal. Supporting factors are in line with the vision of the Business Partner BMT Sleman mission as well as a form of market programs "Caring for Independence." The results of community empowerment through financing without member profit sharing experience increase, namely by increasing business assets, increasing customers, increasing business capital and increasing business turnover besides being able to improve the house so that it can pay off school fees
