dc.descriptionThis research was conducted and aimed at analyzing the Effect of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. The object of this research is Program Keluarga Harapan Tasikmalaya, which is located at the Public Corporation of BRP, Jalan Cendramerta No. 137, Panglayungan, Tamansari, Tasikmalaya West Java. In this study determine the sample of the study using the Nonprobability sampling method with saturated sampling techniques so that the number of samples was chosen by all 113 employees. And the data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that Intrinsic Motivation had a significant effect on Performance. Extrinsic motivation has no significant effect on performance because it does not meet the significance requirements. Intrinsic Motivation and Extrinsic Motivation have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Performance. Organizational Commitment is not a variable that mediates the relationship between intrinsic motivation to Extrinsic performance and motivation to performance, because the direct effect of the two independent variables is greater than the value of indirect influence.en_US
