This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of risk profiles, good corporate governance, earning, and capital on firm value. The sample used in this study is a banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017 with a purposive sampling sample selection. The number of samples in this study were 149. The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study prove that the risk profile does not affect the value of the company, good corporate governance has a positive effect on firm value, earnings have a positive effect on firm value, and capital has a positive effect on firm value. .
