Instruments used within this research include questionnaire and observation. This research is using descriptive statistic test and chi square test. Result and Findings: This research shows that in majority, health offices are having good knowledge n=46 (74.3%), long years of services n=24 (68.8%), and short n=11 (31.4%), docile obedience n=23 (65.7%). This research also shows that there is a significant correlation between the knowledge and the obedience (p value 0.018) and between years of service and obedience (p value 0.013). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation (p value 0.018) between the knowledge and the obedience (p value 0.013) and thus between years of service and the obedience of PPE usage of medical staffs at Public health.
