One of the villages that is often found to be incompatible with regulations is Jumoyo Village which has some habitations that goes into the riparian area of 2.1 Ha for riparian area with 5 m width and 10 Ha for riparian area with 50 m width. The research also found that Jumoyo Village had the highest number of population estimated in the riparian area with 656 people for riparian area with 5 m width and 1465 people for riparian area with 50 m width. From the field survey result, the river had 35 buildings in Kali Putih consisting of 2 dams, 11 bridges, 1 groundsill, 20 sabo dams, and 1 sand pocket.
