dc.description | This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Image in Mediating Rebranding of Customer Loyalty on Arfa Barbershop in Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were customers who had used Arfa Barbershop services at least twice in 2017 and 2018 and were at least 17 years old. In this study a sample of 100 respondents was selected by purposive sampling method and data collection using a questionnaire instrument. The analysis tool used is path analysis.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that Rebranding has a positive and significant effect on Brand Image and Customer Loyalty and Brand Image mediates the effect of rebranding on customer loyalty. | en_US |
