PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA KANTOR BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK PROVINSI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work motivation on employee performance. The subjects in this study were employees at the office of the provincial statistics center in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The study involved 80 respondents working in BPS (Central Statistics agency), and using purposive sampling metode. Analysys tool used in this study is the SPSS statictic.
Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out obtained results that transformational leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
