The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of size, profitability, leverage, sales growth, and dividend policy on firm value. The object is manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in period 2013-2017. The research using purposive sampling method as technique sampling with the number of samples acquired is 70 companies and in total 185 samples. The data analysis technique of this study using multiple regression analysis with E-views 9 program. Based on the analysis that have been made the result are the size has a significant and positive on the value of the company, profitability has a significant and positive on the value of the company, leverage has a significant and positive on the value of the company, sales growth has no effect on the value of the company, and dividend policy has no effect on the value of the company.
