| dc.description | This research examined the influence of good corporate governance mechanism, profitability, growth, on firms value. The research objects were manufacture companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange periode 2014-2017. The selected samples using purposive sampling consisted of 157 samples. The analysis tool used in thin research was multile linear regression with SPSS 16 as the analytical application. The result from this research showed that good corporate governance mechanism consist of Independent commissioner had a significantly positive effect on firms value, audit committee had not significantly effect on firms values and manajerial ownership had a significantly negative effect on firms value. Beside that it also showed that the variable profitability had a significantly positive effect on firms value, and growth had not a significantly effet on firms value. | en_US |
