This study aims to analyze the influence of intangible assets and assets growth of firm value with profitability as intervening variable. The object in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the BEI in the period 2014-2017 with a total sample of 112 company data selected using the purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that intangible assets variable has a significantly positive effect on profitability. Assets growth variable has no effect on profitability. Intangible assets variable has a significantly positive on firm value. Assets growth has no effect on firm value. Profitability variable has a significantly positive effect on firm value. Profitability able to mediating relationship of intangible asssets to firm value. And profitability no able to mediating relationship of assets growth to firm value.
