dc.description | This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement on partial organizational commitment, the influence of organizational commitment on performance partially, the effect of partial job involvement on performance, how much influence directly job involvement on performance with the indirect effect of job involvement on performance organizational commitment.
This research was conducted at the Kulon Progo DPRD Secretariat. The number of samples from this study were 40 employees of the Kulon Progo DPRD Secretariat Office. Data analysis using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that job involvement is partially influences organizational commitment. organizational commitment partially affects performance. Job involvement affects performance. The direct effect of job involvement on performance is smaller than the indirect effect of job involvement on performance through organizational commitment. | en_US |
