      Abstract
      The purpose of this study is to process plastic waste into paving block products. Making plastic paving blocks to reduce this plastic in Indonesia continues to increase. The amount of waste or imported plastic waste that is imported is 3000 tons per month with a composition of 60 percent can be recycled and 40 percent cannot be recycled. This will have a negative impact on the environment. The method used in plastic paving blocks is pressure testing and functional testing. One of the handling of such waste is by reprocessing it into new goods of high and useful value. Making paving blocks with processed plastic waste results, there are two kinds of forms, namely paving block blocks and paving blocks in terms of 6. These paving blocks are made of plastic. The plastic used is plastic type (PET). Making a block paving block and a 6-prism block requires 5 kg of plastic bottle waste, 500 g of husk, 1 / 2L oil. The results of this study plastic paving blocks that have been printed have a mass of 1.2 kg for the beam shape, and 2.1 kg for the hexagon shape. The conclusion drawn from this study is that it can reduce plastic waste by processing it into strong blocks of lightweight, paving blocks.
