This study aims to analyze the influence of intangible assets and assets growth of firm value with profitability as intervening variable. The object in this study is a infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the BEI in the period 2013-2017 with a total sample of 94 company data selected using the purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that firm size variable has a significantly positive effect on profitability. Leverage variable has a significantly positive effect on profitability. Firm size variable has a significantly positive on firm value. Leverage has a significantly positive effect on firm value. Profitability variable has a significantly positive effect on firm value. Profitability no able to mediating influeance of intangible asssets to firm value. And profitability able to mediating influance of leverage to firm value.
