      Abstract
Risk management is a science to identify and assess the potential risks that occur in a project. A risk is an event that may occur accidentally in a project. Risk is associated with possibilities or probabilities that occur beyond expectations. The implementation of the construction of bridge construction of bridge contruction projects, in general, can experience many risks, one of the risks that occur is the delay in work. This study aims to identify and assess risk factors that can cause delays in a job and identify jobs that have the highest risk of delay in the project. To identify potential events and impacts on each work carried out using the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and interviews, then it can be processed using the risk = event x impact approach and the results can be described by Risk Matrix. Then determine the critical path with network planning. The results of the risk assessment indicate that the work that has the highest level of risk of delay is the work of the bridge floor with an average risk value of 8.1 and weir body work with a mean risk value of 6.7.
