      Abstract
      The success of a project can be seen from a short duration and small cost. A project managed systematically so that the timing of the work can be ascertained to be the same as planned or can be accelerated from the estimate, so that the cost do not exceed the budget and avoid any fines due to the delay of completing the project. The aim of this study to get the result from acceleration of duration so that the researcher know cost change project with enhance working hours (working overtime) and enhance some equipment. Then compare to get more effective result. The data analysis used Microsoft project 2010 program and time cost trade off method. The result of this research get the duration 147 days in normal condition with spent a normal cost Rp.1.169.719.631,00, working overtime 1 hour during the project spent 129,46 days with total cost Rp. 1.151.448.867,04, working overtime 2 hours during the project spent 115,50 days with total cost Rp. 1.146.692.609,70, and working overtime 3 hours during the project spent 104,13 days with the total cost Rp. 1.142.818.828,58. The additional equipment equal with 1 hour working overtime and spent 129,46 days with the total cost Rp. 1.131.937.122,36, The additional equipment equal with 2 hours working overtime and spent 115,50 days with the total cost Rp. 1.105.698.013,12, and the additional equipment equal with 3 hour working overtime and spent 104,13 days with the total cost Rp. 1.084.335.943,78. Therefore, the cheapest cost with the fastest duration found in the additional equipment equal with 3 hour working overtime with duration of 104,13 days and cost of Rp. 1.084.335.943,78.
