      Abstract
      This study aims to analysis the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on job performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research was conducterd on employwws of Perum Bulog Sub Divre II Pati. The sampling method used in this study is total sampling. The number of samples in this study as many as 108 people who are employees in Perum Bulog Sub Divre II Pati. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data in this study using Structural Equation Modelling with Amos.The results of this study prove that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
