This thesis describes Turkey which helps resolve the Rohingya conflict by providing humanitarian assistance and also helps with international organizations. Turkey in the era of the Ottoman Empire was a strong and highly Islamic country. Then after this era was destroyed, Turkey became a country that embraced secularism in several decades. Then since it was led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey has been trying to restore its Islamic identity. Through the concept of Neo- Ottomanism, Erdogan wants to make Turkey a strong Islamic state again. One of the policy is by giving great attention to Islamic conflicts. Like the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the Syrian conflict. Turkey's main focus since 2012 has been on the Rohingya conflict. Whereas in striving for the end of the Rohingya conflict, efforts made by Turkey are to provide humanitarian assistance and cooperate with the United Nations and the OIC. In cooperation with the OIC, Turkey made the OIC as a way to sepak-up the importance of the OIC member states to unite to help the Rohingya conflict. And the form of cooperation with the United Nations is to talk about the Rohingya conflict in the UN forum. And by collaborating with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The reason Turkey is involved in efforts to resolve this conflict is because of the similarity of identity and to enhance Turkey's international image. This common identity is Religion, where Turkey is a country with a majority Muslim population, where this identity is the same as the Rohingya ethnicity. Turkey's efforts to help resolve the Rohingya conflict also won praise from the United Nations, the OIC, and several other figures. Where this praise certainly affects the world view to Turkey.
