      Pengaruh Perilaku Organisasi Pada Kinerja Pegawai

      Abstract
      The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the effect between organisational cultures, discipline and job satisfaction on job performance among the employees at Regional Financial Revenue Management Official in Banten Province. The subjects of this research were 130 employees selected as samples by using proportionate stratified random sampling technique from the overall population Of 193 employees. The data of each variable were collected separately by the respondents’ filling in a Questionnaire. The data analyses use a quantitative technique. With the regressive and correlation procedure. The the result proved that the employees’ job performance was positively affected by the organisational culture, discipline and job satisfaction in Regional Financial Revenue Management Official in Banten Province and job satisfaction was undoubtedly influenced by corporate culture and control. The findings suggest that the variation of the job performance of the employees might have been affected by the organisational culture, discipline and job satisfaction. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh antara budaya organisasi, disiplin dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja antara pegawai di Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Provinsi Banten. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 130 karyawan terpilih sebagai sampel dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling proporsional diambil dari keseluruhan populasi dari 193 karyawan. Data dari masing-masing variabel yang dikumpulkan secara terpisah oleh mengisi responden dalam kuesioner. Teknik Efek diterapkan untuk menganalisis data yang sebelumnya telah diobati dengan prosedur regresif dan korelasi. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa prestasi kerja karyawan secara positif dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, disiplin dan kepuasan kerja di Dinas Pendapatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Provinsi Banten, dan kepuasan kerja secara positif dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, dan disiplin. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa variasi prestasi kerja karyawan mungkin telah dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi, disiplin dan kepuasan kerja.
