      Abstract
      The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Investment Opportunity Set, dividend policy, debt policy, institutional ownership, and firm size on firm value. Dependent variable in this research is firm value. The Independent variables in this study consist of Investment Opportunity Set as measured by IOS, dividend policy as measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), debt policy as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), institutional ownership as measured by IO, and firm size as measured by SIZE.The object of this study is manuacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017. The data used in this study is secondary data. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained as many 246 samples. The analytical method used in this study uses multiple linear regression with Eviews 7 application tools. The results showed that IOS had a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy had a significant positive effect on firm value, debt policy had a significant positive effect on firm value, institutional ownership had no significant effect on firm value, and firm size had no significant effect on firm value.
