This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the work environment and job satisfaction on the Commitment of Teachers and Guidance Organizations at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Muhammadiyah Boarding School (PPM MBS) Sleman Yogyakarta.The subjects in this study were Teachers and Guidance in PPM MBS Sleman Yogyakarta. The data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to teachers and supervisors in PPM MBS Sleman Yogyakarta. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents amounted to 110 questionnaires, and only 90 questionnaires can be analyed. Sample was determined using purposive sampling technique. Data was analysed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 22.0 software. Results show that Work Environment and Job Satisfaction Variables have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment.
