      Abstract
      This study aims to analyze the influence of job insecurity and compensation on the turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Hotel Tembok Batu Residence. The subjects in this study were employees who worked at the Hotel Tembok Batu Residence. The sampling technique in this study used a population of 41 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis method used was path analysis with SPSS version 22.0 as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has no significant and negative influence on job satisfaction, job insecurity has no significant and positive influence on turnover intention, job satisfaction has no significant and negative influence on turnover intention, compensation has a significant and positive influence on job satisfaction, compensation has a significant and negative influence on turnover intention, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of job insecurity on turnover intention, and job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of compensation on turnover intention.
