      Abstract
      Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel daya tarik, kepercayaan dan keahlian, baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama terhadap rekomendasi kepada orang lain. Variabel yang paling signifikan berpengaruh terhadap rekomendasi kepada orang lain adalah variabel keahlian.
