      Abstract
      Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan oleh para pengambil keputusan dalam menentukan kebijakan organisasinya.
