PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, KOMITMEN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR PADA KARYAWAN RS PKU MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a positive behavior, in this case the behavior of another individual to help work shown by a person in an organization or company. Contributions shown by workers in the form of work outside of work he had to do, the job show helping behavior on others in the company so that these actions can improve performance of the organization or company tersebut.penelitian is done to test the effect of job satisfaction,commitment and organizational culture on organizational Citizenship Behavior she melibatkkan dependent variable organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is measured by job satisfaction, commitment, and budaaya .Penelitian organization uses primary data and the number of samples that are in the 115 RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II. the method used in this sample is purposive sampling, that the sampling method with multiple criteria. The analysis shows that there are three findings: 1) Job satisfaction positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 2) Commitment to influence positively and significantly on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 3) Cultural organizations Positively and significantly on Organizational Citizenship Behavior
