      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujaun untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh TSQM terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi mutu fisik , pendukung mutu fisik , mutu perusahaan, mutu teknikal dan mutu interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh TSQM terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada dimensi mutu fisik, pedukung mutu fiisk, mutu perusahaan / lembaga , mutu teknikal , mutu interaktif.
