Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is an important factor in this life, especially in business sector. The level of using ICT at SME is giving influent toward the business owner. The aim of this research is to analysis the owner of the facilities and the using of ICT in every SME. The researcher analyzed how far the level in adopting ICT, analyzed every SME in following the ICT training, and also analyzed the planning of using ICT in the future. The Subject of this research is 50 UMKM that stay in Yogyakarta. The researcher used descriptive statistic in analyzing the data to give the information about the characteristic of the research variable, and gave the general characteristic of the respondents. The result of this research shown that more than 40 respondents said the important of adopting ICT, but only 30 who used computer, 28 used internet, and 25 respondents who followed the training.
