      Abstract
      Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel kepercayaan atas merek yang terdiri dari karakteristik merek, karakteristik perusahaan, dan karakteristik merek konsumen berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek. Secara parsial variabel variabel karakteristik merek berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek. Dalam upaya meningkatkan loyalitas merek, perusahaan harus senantiasa meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap merek.
