The aims of this research were to determine the influence of investment, financing decision, dividend decision, and profitability polcy frim value policy to the Study on Manufacturing Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This research used purposive sampling method which is determining method of the number of random sample taken based on some critrria, and the sample which included criteria is 45 Manufacturing company registered on the Indonesia Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and www.idx.co.id. Data analysis techniques was used as analysis doubel regression technique. The result of this research concluded that investment decicison, wos affected positively and s tifnificant company’s percetage in manufacture company, dividend decision was not affected to company’s percentage in manufacture campany, profitability was affected to company’s percentage in manufacture campany.
