      Abstract
      Hasil penelitian pada analisis regresi yang pertama menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel memahami harapan pelanggan, kerjasama dengan pelanggan, manajemen mutu total, dan pemberian wewenang kepada karyawan, baik secara serentak maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sedangkan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah variabel memahami harapan pelanggan.
