dc.description | This study aimed to determine the empirical evidence about the influence of leadership style, career development and work discipline on employee performance. In addition to know the effect of leadership style, career development and work discipline on employee performance.
This research was conducted on the employees BPK RI Representative Yogyakarta Province. The number of samples in this studied 65 respondents. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling in which samples are taken based on predetermined criteria. The criteria were employees who have worked at employees BPK RI Representative Yogyakarta Province more than 3 years. Methods of data collection used questionnaires were distributed to employees BPK RI Representative Yogyakarta Province related variables leadership style, career development, work discipline and employee performance.
Based on the T test results variable leadership style, career development and work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. While based on F test showed that the variables of leadership style, career development and work discipline simultaneous influence on employee performance BPK RI Representative Yogyakarta Province. | en_US |
