FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA UKM DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGANNYA (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH MANUFAKTUR DI KABUPATEN BANTUL)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of factors that
influence medium small enterprises performances and strategies. The study has
150 owners of medium small enterprise of manufacture as the sample, which the
SME listed at Department of Industry, Trade, and Cooperation of Bantul Regency
on 2015. The study applied nonrandom sampling technique and the sample were
purposively taken. The study was performing two stage of analysis. First step was
using multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of capital business,
entrepreneur characteristic and information technology toward small medium
enterprise performance. The second step was to examine using SWOT analysis to
decide the strategies on developing the enterprises.
The result of the first model study showed that capital business,
entrepreneur characteristic and information technology do have positive and
significant effect on small-medium enterprises performance. The second model
study which using demang pull strategy and supply push strategy, showed that it
has significant role on developing the enterprise. The next study should use wider
sample with updated data and add some other variables.
