Adolescence is a transition period of life individual in this phase adolescence have change from children to adulthood (BKKBN, 2004). Most striking change at adolescent is physical change. Physical change that happened represent natural process, but often times adolescent ihnorance to the change make them worry and shame. (Istiqomah, 2010). The ways to reduce anxiety in adolescents when they facing puberty takes the role of parents and teachers in their school to provide correct information about their changes in the future-adolescence. One of them is required the provision of information about the understanding of the physical changes of puberty (Dariyo, 2004).
