      Abstract
      Job satisfaction and job motivation are directly related to staff performance. Job satisfaction and job motivation experienced by staff could reduce or increase staff performace. Staff who feels satisfied with the job obtained will be motivated to increase his/her performace, consequently it will impact on improving the company performance overall. This research was done at koperasi tahu-tempe Indonesia (KOPTI) in Kebumen. The aim of the research is to examine the effect of staff performace relation to the job satisfaction and job motivation. The samples number determined in this research are 36 respondents and used sensus method. As independent variables are job satisfaction and job motivation, while its dependent variable is staff performance. The analytical tool used include validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing used is partial test (t test). Results of hypothesis testing showed the first hypothesis (H1) and the second hypothesis (H2) is received. Results of testing the first hypothesis (H1) obtained that job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance. Results of testing the second hypothesis (H2) obtained the result that motivation positive and significant effect on employee performance
