Engineering analysis in this study is qualitative with the types and sources used in the from of primary and secondary, the sampling technique used is non random techniques. Non random techniques that individuals are selected and determined to be sampled, research collection techniques using literature research and field research by interviewing informants and respondents. Research methods using empirical approach. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of vocational training for workers in PT. Pratama Abadi Industry Sukabumi District standard rules set by the company in accordance with Undang-Undang No 13 of 2003 On Employment.
