Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelatihan kerja dan faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pelatihan kerja bagi pekerja di PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Kabupaten Sukabumi.
Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan Jenis dan Sumber data yang digunakan adalah berupa data primer dan data sekunder, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non random, yaitu individu dipilih dan ditentukan untuk dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan dengan wawancara kepada narasumber dan responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan empiris.
Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Kerja bagi Pekerja di PT. Pratama Abadi Industri Kabupaten Sukabumi standar aturan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. | en_US |

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of vocational training for workers and determine the factors that hinder the implementation of vocational training for workers in PT. Pratama Abadi Industry Sukabumi District.
This research was conducted in PT. Pratama Abadi Industry Sukabumi District, West Java. Engineering analysis in this study is qualitative with the types and sources used in the from of primary and secondary, the sampling technique used is non random techniques. Non random techniques that individuals are selected and determined to be sampled, research collection techniques using literature research and field research by interviewing informants and respondents. Research methods using empirical approach.
The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of vocational training for workers in PT. Pratama Abadi Industry Sukabumi District standard rules set by the company in accordance with Undang-Undang No 13 of 2003 On Employment. | en_US |
