The study aimed to describe the dynamic of Kelompok Wanita Tani “Tri Manunggal” which is located in Beji Kulon Village Sendangsari Sub District Panjangan Regency Bantul. Respondent determined by purposive, management and members who controls the information on the group. Data were collected through interview and observation method. Founding Kelompok Wanita Tani “Tri Manunggal” which is located in Beji Kulon Village Sendangsari Sub District Panjangan Regency Bantul is motivated by their support of goverment and the potential of maize held di empowering dasawisma. Kelompok Wanita Tani “Tri Manunggal” group is less dynamic in achieving their goals.it is shown with the groups goals. Function tasks are not going well. Coaching and development as well as group cohesiveness are low. Factor affecting the internal dynamic of the group are: experience in groups an non-formal education. Factor affecting the external dynamic of the group are: capital and tools, counseling and mentoring. Capital and tools as well as the mentoring is the dominant factor affecting the dynamic of the group.
