PENGARUH ETIKA KERJA ISLAM TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI PADA KARYAWAN BANK BNI SYARIAH CABANG YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
The research aimed at analysing the influences of Islamic Work Ethics toward Organizational Commitment with Job Satisfaction as moderating variable in BNI Sharia Jogjakarta-branch. In this research, the subjects were employees in BNI Sharia Jogjakarta-branch who had worked a year, at least. And, there were 120 samples to use, but only 55 of data that could be processed. Sampling was using purposive sampling method carried out for two months. The analysis tool employed WarpPLS2.0.
From the analysis, researchers obtained results that the Islamic Work Ethics significantly influenced organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction moderated the influence of Islamic work ethics considerably to organizational commitment.
