The results showed that there is a significant relationship between antihypertensive medication adherence with systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients with p value = 0.001 (< 0.05) with the closeness of the correlation about (-0.432). Artifacts significant association between antihypertensive medication adherence with diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients with p value = 0.001 (< 0.05) with the closeness of the correlation about (-0.507).
