: Therapy audio with murottal can be used as an alternative therapy companion in children autism according to the theory existing that it can control the whole body, set vital organ, and coordination movements . Purpose : This study aimed to determine the effect of therapy murottal Al-Mulk toward the quality of the behavior of children with autism. Method : This research uses the Method Pre-Eksperiment with the design Pre-Post Test in a group of (one group pra-post design). Sample research consisting of 12 students autism to school in SLB land 01 Bantul Yogyakarta .With therapy murottal Al-Mulk for 10 times and every day therapy with duration for 09 minutes 45 seconds. Quality assessments of behavior measured by the questionnaire Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC). Data analyzed by Simple Paired T Test. Results : Behavior autism children with therapy murottal Al-Mulk many as 2 until 3 times drop from 18.87 to 17.75. A frequency distribution therapy 4-10 times have a score ATEC of 41.75 until 36,00. A score ATEC showed that the decrease in a score ATEC on child autism that no meaning with the pre test 26.50 std. Deviation -,24 and value post test 23.83 std. Deviation 5.57 and it has value p= 0,069 (p< 0.05). Conclusion: The research can be concluded that therapy murottal a letter Al-Mulk for 10 days improving the quality of behavior on child autism in no meaning. Advice : Research extended to be able to make a difference meaningful.
