This study aimed to analyze the influence of financial performance, managerial ownership and corporate social responsibility to corporate value. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the subjects used in this study is the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2011 to 2014. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Prior to the data analysis done first classical assumption test including normality test, autocorrelation, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Results of analysis showed financial performance has significant positive effect on firm value. Managerial ownership has no significant effect on firm value. Corporate social responsibility has significant positive effect on firm value.
