CUSTOMER RELIATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) DAN PERSONAL SELLING PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA TOYOTA NASMOCO BANTUL
Abstract
This research is aimed to analyze the impact Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Personal Selling on customer satisfication. Object of this research is Toyota Nasmoco at Bantul, the subject are all customer who are using service of Toyota Nasmoco Bantul using purposive sampling technique. The data is analyzed by multiple linear regression. Before analyzing the data, this research was tested by instrument quality test, consisting validity test and reliability test.
The result shows that Customer Relationship Management and Personal Selling influence simultaneously positive effect on customer satisfication, customer relationship management positively and significantly influence customer satisfication, customer satisfication is positively and significantly influence by personal selling.
