ANALISIS PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN NASABAH DALAM MEMILIH BANK SYARIAH SEBAGAI TEMPAT MENABUNG DENGAN METODE ANALITYCAL HIERARCHY PROCESS
Abstract
The research aimed at analyzing the decision making of the customer of
Muamalat Bank and Mandiri Syariah Bank in selecting saving product. This was
intended to discover what criteria that became the priority consideration of the
customer when they would select syariah bank as the saving place and to find out
the value of each criterion. Through hierarchy process, the form of problem
would then be analyzed to be more systematic and structured first. The result of
the research with 100 respondents showed that sharing profit became the main
priority of the customer, the second priority was the low administration cost, the
third priority was the number of branch offices, and what became the main
priority was the criterion of service facility. The value of the sharing profit was
0.384532, the value of the criterion of low administration cost was 0.311591, the
value of the third criterion, the number of branch offices, was 0.178209, and the
value of service facility was 0.125668.
