The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate governance perception index (CGPI), institution ownership, managerial ownership, company size and intellectual capital of the company’s financial performance. This study population is 8 companies of CGPI index during 2011-2014. Sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. This research uses secondary data from financial statements published by Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).The results showed that variables of managerial ownership and firm size doesn’t have significant effect to financial performance and CGPI has negative and significant effect to financial performance. But the other two variable, institution ownership and intellectual capital, has positive and significant effect on financial performance.
