| dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate governance perception index (CGPI), kepemilikan institusi, kepemilikan manajerial, ukuran perusahaan dan modal intelektual terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan return on equity (ROE). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 8 perusahaan yang masuk dalam CGPI tahun 2011-2014. Teknik penentiuan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder laporan keuangan tahunan yang dipublikasi oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2011-2014. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabael kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, CGPI berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan kepemilikan istitusi dan modal intelektual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate governance perception index (CGPI), institution ownership, managerial ownership, company size and intellectual capital of the company’s financial performance. This study population is 8 companies of CGPI index during 2011-2014. Sampling technique applied is purposive sampling. This research uses secondary data from financial statements published by Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).The results showed that variables of managerial ownership and firm size doesn’t have significant effect to financial performance and CGPI has negative and significant effect to financial performance. But the other two variable, institution ownership and intellectual capital, has positive and significant effect on financial performance. | en_US |
